Services — Entry 01

Books closed by the 10th. Every month.

Clean, current books are the floor of every good decision in your practice. We keep them reconciled, dental-coded, and closed on a schedule you can set a watch to.

What's Included

Every engagement is scoped in writing at the diagnostic — this is the standard shape of the work.

01

Every bank, credit-card, and loan account reconciled monthly — no mystery balances.

\n
02

A dental-specific chart of accounts, so overhead categories actually mean something.

\n
03

The monthly close, finished by the 10th, with a plain-English report you can read between patients.

\n
04

Production and collections tied out against your practice software — the books agree with the operatory.

\n
05

Accounts-payable oversight: what's due, what's duplicated, what's quietly creeping up.

\n
06

Year-end handoff that takes hours, not weeks — because January isn't a forensic project anymore.

Built For

Practice owners who are done doing the books at 10 p.m. — or done wondering whether the person doing them knows what hygiene comp should look like.

Fair Questions

Can you take over mid-year? +

Yes — we reconcile the year-to-date first so the handoff is clean, then pick up the monthly rhythm. A mid-year start usually settles into rhythm by the second close.

\n
What software do you use? +

QuickBooks Online, connected to your bank feeds and read alongside your practice management software's production reports. If you're on desktop QuickBooks or spreadsheets, migration is part of the clean-up.

The Next Entry

One conversation about your numbers.
