Services — Entry 03

Your monthly books, closed by the 10th.

Clean, current books are the floor of every good decision in your practice. We keep them reconciled, practice-coded, and closed on a schedule you can set a watch to.

What's Included

Clean books, closed on a schedule you can set a watch to.

Every engagement is scoped in writing at the diagnostic. Below is the standard shape of the work.

How the four services fit →

Standard Scope — Bookkeeping

01

Every bank, credit-card, and loan account reconciled monthly. No mystery balances.

02

A chart of accounts built for your practice, physician or dental, so overhead categories actually mean something.

03

The monthly close, finished by the 10th, with a plain-English report you can read between patients.

04

Production and collections tied out against your practice management or EHR software, so the books agree with the exam room.

05

Accounts-payable oversight: what's due, what's duplicated, what's quietly creeping up.

06

Year-end handoff that takes hours, not weeks, because January isn't a forensic project anymore.

Why It Matters

Every good decision sits on clean books.

Tax strategy, overhead targets, the value of the practice at sale: all of it reads off the books. When they're current and correct, every other answer gets sharper.

Built For

Practice owners who are done doing the books at 10 p.m. And done wondering whether the person doing them knows what clinical-staff comp should actually look like.

You'll know it's you if

You've reconciled the practice's books after hours more than once.

You're not fully sure last month's numbers are actually right.

Fair Questions

Anything not answered here gets a straight answer on the diagnostic call. No meter running.

Can you take over mid-year? +

Yes — we reconcile the year-to-date first so the handoff is clean, then pick up the monthly rhythm. A mid-year start usually settles into rhythm by the second close.

What software do you use? +

QuickBooks Online, connected to your bank feeds and read alongside your practice management or EHR software's production reports. If you're on desktop QuickBooks or spreadsheets, migration is part of the clean-up.

The Next Entry
